Kuroneko collection: The two fabrics contain beautiful traditional Japanese patterns with cute little black cats.
The maroon wave pattern is called "Seigaiha". The calm waves represent the vastness and bounty of the ocean.
The other purple pattern is called Yagasuri. It depicts arrow feathers, a traditional Japanese symbol for determination that never wavers, like an arrow going straight for its target.
The cat is known as Maneki neko(lucky cat) in Japan. The paw is raised as if it’s inviting good fortune for its owner. It is a very much loved traditional symbol of fortune and prosperity.
