Nami Collection: The blue fabric depicts waves in the ukiyoe style - just like Hokusai’s The Great Wave off the Coast of Kanagawa.
The geometric pattern is "Asanoha" and represents the hemp leaf. As hemp grows strongly without much care, it was traditionally used for children's kimonos with the wish that they too will grow up strong.
This would make a lovely gift for Japan and sea lovers!
