Shipping Domestic

United Kingdom deliveries sent via Hermes and are tracked. Free Delivery on all UK orders above £50. 

- As soon as the products are dispatched from the workshop, we are not responsible for them anymore.

- Normally, we can send your order within 3 working days of purchase (Monday to Friday), we will notify you if your order will be delayed. 

- Orders not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

- An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order.

Shipping Internationally

Our website HanaBee.co.uk does not currently ship to the European Union. If you live in the EU please purchase through our Etsy Shop (HanaBeeWraps), where appropriate VAT rates will be added to the products. Unfortunately, we are not shipping to Germany until further notice.

Deliveries to Switzerland are £7.50 and to the Rest of the World they are £9.50. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These deliveries are tracked.
