Sushi Collection : This collection comes with an ivory fabric with sushi and other Japanese staple foods such as rice balls, miso soup and grilled fish.
The navy fabric combines sea bream and a traditional Japanese pattern called “Seigaiha”. The calm waves represent the vastness and bounty of the ocean.
In Japan, sea bream (or tai in Japanese) is often served to celebrate a happy occasion or to bring good luck. ‘Mede-tai’ means “happy or joyous” in Japanese which includes the name of the fish, tai.
These fun fabrics would make a lovely gift for Japan lovers!
